Lived here for 2 years and never had any major issues! Property is quiet and safe, office staff is personable and easy to work with, and maintenance staff are friendly and quick to fix issues that come up. The balcony view is pretty sweet when the storms roll through, too!

Love this place. Beautiful property and the nicest management I have ever experienced. Beautiful swimming pool, dog park, volleyball court, and a nice dog wash station! They even have a car wash station. The Tanning bed is in a cute little room next to the gym, nice set up. Bulbs are always changed and maintenance. They also have a little play area in the gym for the littles. Would highly recommend..

The staff at The Reserve in Abilene is top notch. They truly care about their residents and that is the most important thing. They are truly some of the kinder people out there and I'm fortunate to have lived in a place like this. The apartment rooms are great sizes, come with washer and dryer, and ultimately they give you everything you need to call this place home.

This apartment complex is the BEST kept secret in Abilene! I cannot say enough good things about it!! The apartments are BEAUTIFUL inside, the area is safe, clean and well-kept, the appliances are brand new, and the front office staff are wonderful to work with!

Love it here from the car wash to the pool covered Free parking washer and dryers in the apartment.... 24 hour fitness tanning bed included .... and the staff is super nice from the office to the maintenance guys
